Hotel Trianon - Bucharest

The location is a major plus, just a short walk to the park and metro. The room was spacious and well-equipped.

Very amiable and especially helpful staff, everything perfectly clean.

Real good stay, good standard place. A nice size rooms with minibar, tea plus large bathroom with a shower, perfect location. Location so close to the oldest park in Bucharest and the National Museum. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

Would stay there again, appreciated its incredibly comfortable location. Pretty standard hotel, it has ESPECIALLY HELPFUL stuff in one shift. The double room is new-fashioned and beautifully maintained.

I stayed for 1 night and the room was big and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice modern bathroom. The staff were kind and helped us get an early check-in. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the park and close to the train station 😊

We were pleasantly surprised by the good breakfast! Very good location for a stroll through the old town. Will come back at the end of our round trip with pleasure!

Quiet area, but rude staff

I tell ya what, the location's real sweet, nestled close to the park, and the tram's right out front. Rooms were clean and comfy, with a decent shower. The breakfast was kinda average though, could use a lil' sprucin' up. Made me wish for more than just the basics in the mornin'.

Good rich breakfast buffet, air conditioning in the room, very nice receptionist who helped me with health problems. She informed an emergency doctor who brought me to the clinic and thanks again to the nice lady for her efforts.

The price-performance ratio is okay.

The service staff (especially at breakfast) don't like to work. The hotel is a bit outdated. It has rained around the upper corridor. The carpet got wet. When asked about this, the staff said that they knew about it and smiled.

The stay was decent overall. The cleanliness was on point, and the bed was comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Being a couple, we enjoyed the spacious bathroom and the fast internet that worked perfectly for planning our little excursions into the city. There's easy access to many attractions, like the National Museum of Romanian History and Caru' cu Bere, which were just a short walk away. It was a bummer that there was no restaurant on-site for meals.

Air con set to winter so couldn't cool room. Smoking allowed in dining room.

The staff was friendly, which helped us settle in quickly while traveling with four kids.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options nearby.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the city center, the design of the hotel is intresting, beeing based on an older building, the use of warm colors for the interiors suggest intimacy and make you feel at home.

The pillows are too hard and in the morning the cleaning staff was smokeing near our room and smoke started entering inside.

The location was good, right next to the most beautiful park of Bucharest and the old town is within walking distance. Furthermore the accommodation was in a quiet place. For a city trip the accommodation is recommendable, not expensive and has everything you need.

Breakfast is basics, nothing out of the ordinary, but totally OK.
